well, I couldn't log in for some reason, it kept saying my user name or pass word was incorrect, and right after I used the click here if you need to contact an administrator, i log in again, and after 2 more failures, it recognized me again, strange, whathappened?
no idea. Tis strange indeed.
That has happened to me a few times. It has always resolved itself eventually.
I'm sure relieved, cause i've been use to this pass word for so long, and i just wouldn't want to have to change it.

come to think of it, it's happened to me as well and it always fixed itself before I could figure out what was wrong.
I've never had login problems that didn't turn out to be user error.
i know i still keep having the same problem so i do not know what is going on
The only time I had that problem is when my caps lock gets stuck. I have to restart my computer when it does that.
hello sorry to trouble you all,
I am a rather new member and I do have an interesting log in problem.
It doesn't like my my id number and when i try to log in to the phone part it says that my password or id is invalid.
